clearly the shares have been bought at 150 a share.
Since they are 5% shares he gets a return of 5% of 100 =Rs5 at the end of the year.rs 5 for 100 shares= 500 rs
NOw selling them again at 5 rs profit per share he gains another 500 rupees. Yield = (1000/15000)*100=6.67

yield = 100*5/150 = 10/3 = 3.33 %

100=5% shares worth 15000;
so each one is 150;
now go to sp 100*155=15500;
profit%=(15500-15000/15000)*100=3.33%
