100-36=64

Ans is not there in the given options.
Ans would be 74.

none collected less than 10.each collected an even number. each collected a different number.

Means Least possible values above 10 and Even Numbers are 12 and 14. So total is 26

So number of coins collected by the boy who collected the most could not have not been exceeded by 74
