If qn is

at what time , they will meet, then


Distance covered by A in 45 mins= 3 kms.
Distance covered by B in 45 mins= 4.5 kms.

Distance between and B after 45 mins= 1.5 kms.

Relative speed when B is returning = 4+6=10 kmph
Distance between A and B is covered in 1.5/10 = 0.15 hrs = 9 mins

so they will meet again after 54 mins from starting time.

B will reach back = 90minutes to the spot (1 and half hours)
A will reach back = 135minutes to the spot(2 hours and 15 minutes)

B reaching time :
After 45min B starts returning means,
B reach the certain place in 45min.
Therefore,
Distance covered by B in 45mins= 4.5kms.
So, the place is about 4.5kms.

So,B return back to the spot in same 45min
Therefore, B reach the spot = 45min+45min = 90minutes(9kms)

A reaching time:
Time taken to reach 9km for A in 4kmph = 9/4 *60minutes =135minutes
