None of given options is correct.

Distance covered by First train by 9.30AM = 60 km.

so 60 km difference in two trains will be covered by second train in 60/(70-60) = 6 hrs.

distance covered by second train in 6 hrs = 70*6=420 kms.

so trains will meet 420 kms from Muzaffarpur.

Distance between Howrah and Muzzaffapur has not given. So the below solution is given for after how many km from Howrah both these trains will meet.

Assume train started at 8.30 as A and 9.30as B respectively
The train A travelled distance before starting of second train is 60km.
After one hourrrrrrrrrr, second train is going start and relative speed of the second train with comparision of first train is 70-60 = 10km

To cover 60km with the speed of 10km per hoiur will take , 6 hours for train B to meet train A

Means after 420km from Howrah both these trains will meet.
