In these type of questions you have to consider worst case situation since the women does not know the color. So to be sure that each pair has obtained, the women should assume that she picked all the higher quantity colored pairs first.In this case its 41+23. Then she will be sure that in the next two picks she got the third color pair as well(She has to be sure even though she might get all the colors in the first pick).So the ans is 41+23+2 = 66

41+23+2=66

first 41 draws: all red
second 23 draws: all green
third 2 draws to make a pair of green.

the worst case senario will be
first take 40 red
then take 22 green
then take 1+1 red+green
then take 2 orange.
so total 40+22+2+2=66 :)

i thing addition of 2 large nums then if odd +3 else if even then+2
so
41+23+3=67

addition of large two gives a even number, which can be divided by two, so we can separate it in pair then add +3 for the remaining number coz its a odd num, to make a odd to even we adding +3 instead +2
hence answer is 41+23+3=67

41+23+4=68 because 41 23 is so we have to take 4
