Container I = 500ml Alcohol Container II = 500ml water

After first transference (Assuming 3cups will transfer 300ml of liquid) :
Container I = 200ml alcohol Container II = 500ml water + 300ml alcohol

After second transference (Assuming 3cups will transfer 300ml of liquid) :
Container I = 200ml alcohol + 300ml(3/8alcohol + 5/8water) => water = 5*300/8
Container II => Alcohol left = (8-3)*300/8 = 5*300/8

Therefore, A=B
