398 +399+400+401+402 = 2000

and
68+69+.....+80+81 +........92 = 2000

I think PPS is right if only positive numbers are considered.

If negative numbers are also allowed, then

one more set is possible.

It will contain 125 numbers with middle number as 16.

then three (3) possible sets are

(-46)+(-45)+..........+0+1+2......+15+16+17+.................+78 = 2000

398 +399+400+401+402 = 2000

and
68+69+.....+80+81 +........92 = 2000

because for each power the no of digit increments by(no.of initial digit-1) i.e. 3(4-1)=3 in this case.so,for power 2 no of digit (4+3)=7,for power 3 it is (7+3)=10,for power 4 it is(10+3)=13
