number is 56x+29
when x=1, number is 85 which is fully divisible by 17. remainder 0.
when x=2, number is 112+29= 141 when divided by 17, we get 8 as quotient and 5 as remainder.

so remainder can be 5 from given options.

There is no constant remainders for this.

Eg:

When we divide a number 85 by 56, we get remainder 29. But when we divide the same number 85 by 17, we get remainder 0.

Like that,When we divide a number 141 by 56, we get remainder 29. But when we divide the same number 141 by 17, we get remainder 5.

Like that, When we divide a number 197 by 56, we get remainder 29. But when we divide the same number 197 by 17, we get remainder 10.

So, remainder may differ in every cases.

Dividing number by 56, we get 29 as remainder means,

Original number we divide by 56 is = 56+29 = 85

So, When dividing 85 by 17, we get remainder 5.

SOLUTION:-
DIVIDEND =QUOTIENT *DIVISOR + REMAINDER
Let quotient is 1.
DIVIDEND =1*56 +29 = 85
85 DIVIDED BY 8 THEN QUOTIENT IS 10 AND REMAINDER IS 5.

56(divisor)*x(quotient)+29(remainder)=dividend

so we can see clearly
56x+29=required number
if x=1 then number=85,if divide 85 with 56 we get 29 as remainder
dividing 85 with 17 we will get 0 as remainder
