60 kmph

If speed =s kmph
and distance =d km

then d/50 = d/s+ 15/60 or d/s= d/50 -1/4
d/36 = d/s +50/60 or d/s= d/36 -5/6
d/50 -1/4 = d/36 -5/6
d/36 -d/50 = 5/6-1/4 = 7/12
14d = 7*36*50/12=21*50
d= 21*50/14 = 75 kms

putting value of d in
d/s= d/50 -1/4
or 75/s =75/50 -1/4 = 3/2-1/4 =5/4
s= 75*4/5 = 60 kmph

let's total time if travelled with the normal speed=t hours
as in both the cases distance travelled is same.so,
50*(t+1/4)=36*(t+5/6)
t=5/4 hours
so distance travelled=50*(5/4+1/4)=75kms
now normal speed=distance/t=75/(5/4)=60
so speed=60kmph
