Yes, Ice will melt completely.
The final temperature will be 50/3 degrees Celsius.

Explanation:
Let final temperature of the water will be t. Then 20 grams ice will melt and after melting it will gain temperature from 0 to by t degrees.
100 grams of Water will have final temperature t degrees i.e it looses (20-t) degrees.
As heat gained is equal to heat lost,
Quantity of heat = m * s* t

So
20*t = 100*(20-t)
=> 120t = 2000
=> t = 50/3
