There are Several possibilities.

Jones hates flying means, he travel by [TRAIN or SHIP]
Cindy has to rent her vehicle means, Cindy travel only by CAR.
John gets seasick means, he travel by [TRAIN or PLANE].

Note : Cindy travel only by car. So, Other three are not able to travel on CAR.

Possibilities:
1. Cindy: car; Jones: ship; John: train; Rachel: plane
2. Cindy: car; Jones: train;John: plane; Rachel: ship
3. Cindy: car; Jones: ship; John: plane; Rachel: train
