fill 13 litre bucket
den from dis fill 5 lit. left = 13-5= 8 and now dis is put in to 11 litre and kept dis away.
from 5 litre bucket liquid is transfered to main(24 litre) bucket. it have now= 24-13+5=16 litre.
from dis fill 13 litre bucket and from 13 litre. fill 5 litre so in 13 litre 8 liyte is left.
kept is seprate.
and 5 litre bucket is poured back to 24 litre. it have= 16-13+5=8.

so now in 11 litre, 13 litre, 24 litre bucket have 8 litre in all three and 5 litre bucket is empty.
