All 8 clips are land with the red side up.


You said "dropped" not "flipped" like a coin, so probability has no effect on the outcome.

You don't mention how high they are dropped from, so they could all be dropped from 1mm off the surface.

You don't mention if they are dropped at the same time or individually, so we are free to assume that they were dropped individually.
So there is no chance of them bouncing off of one another.
