N=4, M= 6..... option 3.

last three digits 58N is divisible by 8 when N = 4.
If the digits at odd and even places of a given number are equal or differ by a number divisible by 11, then the given number is divisible by 11.
Hence (M+9+4+4+8)-(3+0+8+5+N)=(M+5) should be divisible by 11
when M = 6

3)M=6 and N=4
The number to be divisible by 8 the last 3 digits should be divisible by 8.By trial and error method 4 is the digit.Also for the number to be divisible by 11.the difference between the sum of the digits in even place and odd place should be 0 or divisible by 11.so6 is the number at M

for checking in the digit the last 3digits are divisible by 8 and the full num is divisible by 11.

option 4 is correct because the divisibilty rule say last 3 digits must divied by 8 son=4and
by divisibity rule of 11 say sum of odd digit - even digit then m+9+4+4+8-(3+0+8+5+3)
by slove we get 5,4
