4 students in each row.

If there are R rows, then

no. of students = 3R+9= 9*(R-5)= 9R-45
6R=54
R=9
Students = 3*9+9=36

so 36 students should sit in 9 rows and each row will have 36/9= 4 students

4 students have to be seated in a row.

If 3 students are made to sit in a row, then 9 students do not have a seat means,
(3n+9) students in class.

if 9 students are made to sit in a row, then 5 rows are empty means,
9*(n - 5) students in class.

By the above two statement, we get scenario like
-> 3n + 9 = 9*(n - 5)
-> 3n + 9 = 9n - 45
-> 6n = 54
-> n = 9

So, there are 9 rows in the class.
As there are 9*(n - 5) students, we get 9*(9 - 5) = 36 students.

So, if 36 students have to be seated in 9 rows,
such that equal number of students sit in each of the rows, then we have to seat
36/9 = 4 students in a row
