91 Possible Outcomes.

When 3 dice are rolled simultaneously, there will be a total of 6^3 = 216 outcomes Possible.

The number of outcomes in which none of the 3 dice show 4 will be 5^3 = 125 outcomes Possible.

Therefore, the number of outcomes in which at least one die will show 4 = 216-125 = 91 Possible Outcomes
