9+2+4 = 183662,
8+6+3 = 482466,
5+4+5 = 202504
from the above data,
First two digits (From left to right)are product of the 1st & 2nd value.--> 5*3=15
Second two digits are product of the 1st & 3rd value.--> 5*2=10
Third two digits are --> sum of 1st & 3rd value 5+2=7,multiply the 2nd value
7*3=21, reverse of 21 is 12.
==>5+3+2=151012
Similarly, answer of 7+2+5=143542

Explanation:

5+3+2 = 15 10 12
9+2+4 = 18 36 62
8+6+3 = 48 24 66
5+4+5 = 20 25 04

Formula :
A+B+C = XX YY ZZ

XX = A*B ; YY = A*C ; ZZ = Reverse of [(A+C)*B)]

So, that

7+2+5 = (7*2) (7*5) (reverse of[(7+5)*2])
7+2+5 = 14 35 42
