Allen got smallest part of estate
as it is clear from Ist statement that
he got 4/5 of what Tommy got and 3/5 of what Peter got.
From second statement also, it is clear that
Tommy got more than allen and Peter got more than Tommy.

So each statement alone is sufficient to conclude that Allem got smallest part of estate.
