Lets check 1 by 1:-

For Sunday
For Paul condition is failed as yesterday i.e saturday was not day on which he speaks LIE. So Sunday is cancelled.

For Tuesday
For Paul condition is satisfied as yesterday i.e Monday was day on which he speaks LIE, but for Jay condition is failed as yesterday i.e Monday was not day on which he speaks LIE. So Tuesday is also cancelled.

For Wednesday
For Paul condition is satisfied as yesterday i.e Tuesday was day on which he speaks LIE, but for Jay condition is failed as yesterday i.e Tuesday was not day on which he speaks LIE. So Wednesday is also cancelled.

Then at last remaining option (c) is the answer i.e THURSDAY is the correct answer.

hey guys its wrong its not thursday its.. wednesday let me tell u how,paul and jay both says ystday was the day they both lied...if jay is telling truth then today should
be mon,tue,wed or sunday..bt sunday is not the answer as u all know,if ystday is mon then today is tue...bt paul says lie on tue so its wrong,if yst was tue,then today is wed,bt paul says lie on wed again its wrong,finally if yst was wed then today is thursday,,since paul says truth on thursday its ryt and jay is also ryt coz he said lie on thursday saying that he lied on wednesday........so the answer is wednesdayyyyyy.................
