What is the smallest 10 digit number which is composed by 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and can be evenly divided by 11? IS THERE ANY COMMON APPROACH TO SOLVE THIS QUESTION PLEASE EXPLAIN ?

Solution
The number is 1024375869
Sum of all even digits = 0+4+7+8+9 = 28
Sum of all odd digits = 1+2+3+5+6 = 17
Difference = 28-17 = 11
If difference is a multiple of 11 then the number will definitely be divided by 11,
(Here we have to remember one thing also that arrangement of digits should be in such a manner that smaller digits could be used before the greater digits)
If question would be based on the greatest number then number should be
9876524130

the answer are wrong
no. of methods to find first ball = 3
similarly no. of methods for second ball = 3
so answer for selecting 20 balls = 3^20
