QUESTION IS WRONG .THERE SHOULD BE neither "BLACK" nor white?
then the ans will be come 8/21
.because total balls are 21
and neither black nor white .
so favor case will be only 8C1
and total case 21C1
probability will be 8C1/21C1=8/21




and if we solve the question according to the neither orange nor white
then ans will be 7C1/21C1=1/3
and this is not option
