Factors of 45 are 9 & 5.
according to divisibility rule , a number gets divided by 9 , when its sum is divided by 9 .
1. adding all numbers we get 990 , which means it is completely divided by 9 .
2. when the number is divided by 5 , as last number is 4 , it will leave a remainder 4 .

so , from those conclusions assume a smaller number , which is completely divided by 9 and leaves a remainder 4 , when divided by 5 .

let it be 9 , 54 ,99 etc

now let us take 54 , when it is divided by 45 , its leaves remainder 9 , so 9 is the answer.

factors of 45 are 9 and 5... take the number as 123456.....4290+54 it is divisible by 9 and 5 (check divisibility rule and hence by 45) 54/45,,, reainder =9

use [n(n+1)]/2 .. !!! [44(44+1)]/2+81 = 44*45/2+81 = 1071. divide 1071 by 45 = 36 as remainder.. !!
