A dog taken four every five leaps of hare but three leaps of the dog is equal to four leaps of the hare.
For time duration, when a dog takes 12 steps , hare takes 15 steps
but 12 steps of dog = 12*4/3 = 16 steps of hare
so ratio of speed of dog to speed of hare = 16:15

d/h=4/3
for 4 lap of dog hare take 5 leap
so ratio of speed = (4/3)*(4/5)=16/15 ans

when a dog takes 12 steps , hare takes 15 steps
but 12 steps of dog = 12*4/3 = 16 steps of hare
so ratio of speed of dog to speed of hare = 16:15
