the time taken by x to produce 9000 of x=9*10 min+(9-1)*5 min=130 min
the time taken by y to produce 9000 of y=20*6+(6-1)*10 min=170 min
so to create the pair of 9000 of x,y is 170 min

For machine X
100 X -> 1 min
1000 X -> 10 min + 5 min clean = 15 min
So, 9000 X -> 15*9 = 135 min
But the last 5 min would be for cleaning
So, 9000 X can be produced by X in 130 min

For machine Y
75 Y -> 1 min
So, 1500 Y -> 20 min + 10 min rest = 30 min
So, 9000 Y -> 30*6 = 180 min
But the last 10 min would be for rest. So, 9000 Y can be made in 170 min

Desired Answer = Max(min(X,Y)) = Max(130,170) = 170 min

y will required 180 mins and x will required 135 but the minimum time will be 180mins.
