Due to stoppages, it covers 9 km less.

Time taken to cover 9 km = 9/54 x 60 min = 10 min.

In an hour without stoppage, total distance traveled = 54 km.
Time to cover 54 km distance including stoppage= 54/45x60 minute=72 minutes.

Since , in 72 minutes of traveling bus stoppage time is 72-60=12 minute
Hence in one minute, bus stoppage time = 12/72 minute.
Hence in an hour(60 min.), bus stoppage time= 12/72x60=10 min.

The distance covered in both the cases is 'd'. Whereas the time differs in the second case due to the stoppage.

We know,
d=s*t

case 1 : d=54*t
case 2 : d=45*(t+s) , where 's' is the total stoppage time

equating both, we get the ratio t:s=5:1, ie., s/t=1/5=.2 =20% of total time.

Hence for an hour it would be 12 min

due to stopage u2 cover less distance that is (54-45=9)km, so total min where the bus stop per hr is 9/54*60=10 min

In 1hr it covers 54 km without stoppage .
Distance = 54km and speed. -54km/hr
So in 60 minutes it covers 54km
And the same distance is covered at speed 45km/hr stoppage. So time= distance/ speed , time =54/45 = 1.2 means 80min .
So every hours it stopps for 20 minute.

Difference between the speeds=54-45=9
=9/54*60
