ANS=(1).
let H is the height of cylinder and R is the radius of cylinder.
given R+H=16.
total surfacee area of cylinder is 2*^*R*(R+H)=704 given
Putting the value of R + H we have R=7 and H =9.
now volume of cylinder is ^*R*R*H=^*7*7*9=1386 m3

r+h=16
and surface area=2*(pie)*r(h+r)=704 (given)
=2*(22/7)*r*(16)=704 (r+h=16 given)
= r =(352/16)*(7/22)
= r =7
r+h=16 => h=16-7=9 =>h=9
Volume=(pie) *(r^2)*h
=22/7 * 7*7 *9
=22*7*9
=1386 ans

surface area=2*3.14*r(r+l)
704 =2*3.14*r*16
r=704*7/3.14*2*16
r=7
r+l=16
l=16-7=9
volume of cylinder=3.14*r*r*l
=3.14*7*7*9
=1386

Total surface area of cylinder= 2r(r+h)22/7=
2r(16)22/7 = 704
r=7 h=16-r=9
Volume= r.r.h.22/7= 1386m2
