If man buys 'x' liters of spirit @60 Rs/liter then cost price =60x
If 'y' liters of water is added to it, then Selling Price @75 Rs. /liter=75(x+y)
As profit is 37.5%, so selling price is 137.5% of the cost price, hence 60x*1.375=75(x+y)
82.5x=75x +75y
7.5x=75y
x/y=10

60-600/11 : 600/11-0 -----------by criss-cross ,we get ratio
=> 60/11 :600/11
=>1:10
