33.33% in fraction 1/3 so 1/n+1 =1/4 = 25%

Let initially there were 100 labour and total work load was 100 units, so each labour's work=1 unit.
When there are 33.33% or (100/3)%more labour, total labours=100+(100/3)=400/3
As 400/3 labours has to complete the same work of 100 units, so each labour's work =100/(400/3) = 3/4 unit.
Hence % reduction in the work load of each labour = (1- 3/4)*100/1 = 100/4 = 25

Let us consider 100 workers and 1000 units of work.
Work load on each worker will be 1000/10 =10.
Works increased by 33.33 per.
So total workers be 133.33.
New Work load on each worker will be 1000/133.33= 7.5
Percentage of work load decreased is 10-7.5= 2.5
So answer is 25 per

100*100=(100+33.33)(100-x)
10000/133.33=100-x
x=100-75
x=25

This is the best solution according to me.....
Let's Assume 100 Labours 100 units initially which is 1 labour does 1 unit of work
Labour force has increased by 33.33% i.e, 1/3 so now 1+1/3 gives= 4/3 labours
As we know Labour increase's -> Work decrease's they are inveresely proportional so ,
1L - 1Unit
4/3L - 3/4 Unit
Now question is to find reduced work so 1-3/4=1/4 convert it to percentage we 25%

These kind of questions are actually very simple.
33.33%=1/3.
Now, to Reduce, you have to add 1 to the numerator.
Hence Ans=1/(3+1)=1/4=25%.

let organization have 100 employ and 100 is work load for each person and now after increasing employee now new number of employee 133.33

so work load of employee = 100/133.33 = 0.7500 = 75% which is 25 less than previous

IF x/n percent will increase then x/n+1 percent will decrease standard !! remember this.... So here 33.33== 100/3 so here x=100 n=3 therefore 100/(3+1) = 25!!
