1000 rims

1kg=1000 gm = 1000*1000 mg = 1000000 mg.
In 2mg -----> 1 page
In 1000000mg ----> 1000000/2=500000 pages.
So number of rims of 500 pages = 500000/500=1000

1 kg=1000000mg
if 2mg ink is used to print a page
then ,
number of pages 1000000mg will print= 1000000/2=500000
500 pages in a rim(given)
then no of rims=500000/500=1000 rims

1rim=1000mg=>10000mg=10 rims

1 kg = 1000g .. 1g = 100 mg
Hence 1kg = 100000 mg.

1page require 2mg hence, 1L / 2mg = 50000 pages.
50000/500 = 1000 rims

Answer is 500 reams(rims).
Logic:- 1 page = 2mg
500 pages = 500*2mg = 1000mg =1g
Since 1 ream (rim) = 500 sheets and 1 sheet = 2 pages.
Therefore ... 1 ream (rim) = 500 sheets = 1000 pages
Therefore for 1kg,
1 kg = 1000 g = 500*1000 = 500000 pages = (500000/2) sheets
The total number of reams (rims) that can printed with 1kg of ink =
= 500000pages/1000pages = 500 reams (rims)

1 kg = 1000g .. 1g = 100 mg
Hence 1kg = 100000 mg.

1page require 2mg hence, 1L / 2mg = 50000 pages.

500 pages per rim hence, 50k / 500 == 100 rims.

Number of pages = 1000000/2  = 500000 
A rim has 500 pages
Number of rims = 500000/500
                         = 1000
The number of rims that can be printed =  1000

1kg=100000mg ink,so no.of pages will be printed in 100000mg/2mg=50000pages,now 1rim=500pages,so
no. of rims=50000pages/500pages=500rims
