Assume my salary is 3 lakh now it will double in 8 year. After 8 year salary is 6 lakh means my salary increase by 6250ruppes per month.
So now i tell Hr sir that it depend on over company profit . If i work smart and company get good profit every month than u happly add 6250ruppes to my salary every month.

lets suppose your sal =p
rate of intrst=r
time =8(given)
so
p×r×8/100 =2p

now put value of r as per you get LGS=RHS
so put r=25
p×25×8/100 =2p
so
2p=2p
so you can ask salary as per the above condition
