Let x amount increases successively
Now amount paid in sequence as follows
275,275+x,275+2x,275+3x,.......,275+15x

And total amount to be paid=8000
275×16+x(1+2+3+4+5+...15)=8000
4400+(15×16/2)x=8000
120x=8000-4400
120x=3600
x=30

Thus first team will receive the amount of 275+30×15=725

here the last one get 275/-
let the first one be x
we know that sum=8000
sum=(n/2)*(first term - last term)
here from that above knowledge first term be the 275 and last term be x
therefore 8000=(16/2)(275-x)
1000=275-x
x=725

275=a+15d..........(1)
s16=8000
sn=n/2(2a+(n-1)d)
8000=16/2(2a+15d)
1000=2a+15d.....(2)
