R=100/3% of F=100/300 of f =>R=1/3F
F=1/2G => G=2f
Average=(R+F+G)/3=110/3
R+F+G=110

1/3F + F + 2f = 110

10/3F=110

F = 110*3/10 = 33

R = 1/3F=11
G=2F=2*33=66

10 years ago,their age will be

R=11-10=1
F=33-10=23
G=66-10=56

Therfore Ratio is 1:23:56
