2^30 = (2^10)^3= 1024^3... last digit will be 4.

so remainder is 4 when 4 is divided by 5 or 2^30 is divided by 5.

4 Since 2^ 30 = (2^4)^7 x 2^2.When 2^1 Remainder is 2 , 2^2 Remainder is 4, 2^3 Remainder is 3, 2^4, Remainder is 1, 2^5 Now Remainder chain is repeated i.e. 2.
Hence After (2^4)^7 Remainder is repeated like 2^1 Remainder is 2 , 2^2 Remainder is 4.Hence it is confirmed that Remainder is 4

4 because 2^10^3=1024^3 so cubing of again we get 4 so remainder is 4

(2^3)^10=8^10/5=3

2^30 = 2^2*2^3*2^5 = 1024
=1024/5
remainder=4
