Out of 16 litres , 10 litres is milk and 6 litres is water
Out of 4 litres , 2.5 litres is milk and 1.5 litres is water

Removing 4L of mixture and adding 4L milk
=> ratio = (10 - 2.5 + 4) / (6 - 1.5) = 23 : 9

milk/water=5/3
5x+3x=16
x=8
5x=10 lit of milk
3x=6 lit of water
now we are taking out 4 lit of the mixture. which will contain equal % of both milk and water and it will be (4/16)*100=25%
25% milk+25% water=4 lit mixture taken out
2.5 lit milk+ 1.5 water=4 lit of mixture taken out
now add 4 lit milk
after removing 2.5lit milk we are left with 7.5 milk and add 4 lit milk into it
7.5+4=11.5milk and water will be 4.5 after removing 1.5 lit of water.
ratio 11.5/4.5=115/45=23/9
new mixture will contain milk and water in the ratio 23/9

original milk:water=10:6
4litre of mixture is removed:7.5:4.5
4 litre of milk is added:11.5:4.5==>23:9
