half duplex: only one can send information at a time
ex:olden days telephones.only one can talk others have to hear it.
full duplex:both can send and receive information at a time.
ex:present telephones.both can talk and hear at the same time.

half duplex: transmission between two points eg:- walky talky,text msg by social network.
full duplex: transmission between two points simultaneously eg;- mobile phones,telephones,video calling by social network.
social networks are fb,g mail, watts-app ,messengers, twitter,yahoo, skype. etc.,
