3:00 02:30
now in moving 30 minutes it will again loss 5 minutes
So, when time in clock is 3:00 the actual time will be 03:35

logically if the clock losses 10 min's per hr and if it is set on 12 noon then every hr it will loss 10 min and in 3 hr's after 12 it would b on 2.30 pm

the last logic is correct but d difference is she has told the time on 3'oclk bt the actual time when the clock shows 3'o clk is 3.30pm

Clock loss for 1 hr 10 min
3 hrs loss 30 min
3hr-30 min=2.30 hr
