In an examination, there are 10 questions, each carrying 1 mark. If any student does 2 continuous questions correct, he will be given 1 bonus mark. Similarly, if anyone does 4 continuous questions correct, 3 bonus marks and for 6 continuous corrects, 5 bonus marks will be given. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer, but if anyone do 2 continuous questions wrong, 1 mark will be deducted and for 4 continuous wrongs, 3 marks and for 6 wrong questions, 5 marks will be deducted.

Q.1 If a student gets a total of 9 marks, what will be the maximum number of questions he can do wrong?

Q.2 If a student does 6 questions correct, what will be the difference between the maximum possible marks and the minimum possible marks?

Q.3 If he gets 5 marks in total, what will be the maximum possible correct questions he can do?

11-2=9 marks
in second question ans is 5
in third question ans is 6

1.for maximum no of ques he can do wrong,he has to get some bonous point.
so let he do 4 continous ques coreect than he get 7 point and 2 non-continous ques correct than he get 1 point for each correct ans.
so total correct ques attempted = 4 + 2 = 6.
so no of wrong answers he gave = 10 - 6 = 4(ans).
note:-here he cannot ans other two ques correct continously because it will exceed the marks as 1 bonus point is awarded for two continious right ans.

2.if a student does 6 continius ques.
than maximum possible marks = 6+5=11
and minimum p0ssible marks = rwrwrwrwrr = 1+1+1+1+2=6
so difference=11-6 = 5(ans).

3.for maximum possible correct ans he should not earn any bonus point
so, maximum possible ans when he ans 5 ques = rwrwrwrwrw = 5(ans)

1.max no. of wrong is 4.
if he follow this pattern wwrrrrrrww.
-1+11-1=9.
2.if he correct consecutive six ques and wrong consecutive 4 ques then he got max marks=11-3=8. For the min marks he should follow this pattern rwrrwrwrwr then he got 7 marks.so the defrence is 1.

1. 7(5 cont right so 3+5=8, then two cntinus wrng(8-1=7) then one right((7+1=8), one wrng and again one crct (8+1=9 marks) so totally 7 ques crct 3 ques wrng)
2. 4[(6 cntnus crct ans means (6=5+11))- (0,1,0,1,0,1,0,1,1,1(+1),0 = 7)] finally 11-7=4

q1: if he got 9 mark then NONE of the question has to be wrong
q2: (5+3)-(5-3)=6
q3: if 5 questions correct then he would be answer for "6" questions

2. the diff b/w max and min no is max=8 and min=7

in second ques. there is one more condition RRRWWWWRRR so====3+1(bonus)-3+3+1(bonus)so total=5 so diffrernce is 4
