let the boys are 3x and girls are 2x
so,no.of boys not holding scholorship is 3x-(30x/100)=27x/10
and no.of girls not holding scholorship is 2x-(50x/100)=3x/2
the total is (27x/10)+(3x/2)=42x/10
% of students not scholorship holders are (42x/10)*100/5x=84%

Scholarship Holders => Boys, 0.3x and Girls, 0.5x
% of students who are not scholarship holders = (2.7+1.5)/5
ANSWER 84%

Let the total no of student is 100
no of boys=(3*100)/5=60
no of girls=(2*100)/5=40
no of boys not holding scholarship =60-(10% of 60)=60-6=54
no of girls not holding scholarship =40-(25% of 40)=40-10=30
So total no of student not holding scholarship =54+30=84
So 84% student are not scholarship holder.

% of students not scholorship holders = [(0.9)(3x)+(0.75)(2x)]/(3x+2x)
