In the question instead of "TREAMWORK" it is TEAMWORK.
Answer is divide some into two parts & add 1st part with 1 & subtract 2nd part with 1.S+1=T,O+1=P,M-1=L,E-1=D

Ans is :first three letters are reverse of next alphabets and last three letters are are reverse of previous alphabets

DIVIDE THE COMPLETE WORD INTO 2 PARTS WITH SAME LETTERS (HALF EACH). FIRST PART FOLLOW DOWNSTREAM FLOW WITH NEXT WORD IN REVERSE DIRECTION. SECOND PART WILL FOLLOW UPSTREAM FLOW WITH NEXT WORD IN REVERSE DIRECTION.

EX. TEAMWORK WILL BE DIVIDED INTO TEAM AND WORK.
