height will be radius of circle
base will be diam

area of circle = 4 pi
from Pythagoras. 2.x^2=(4^2)=16
so x = sqrt(8)
so triangle area = .5 *sqrt(8)*sqrt(8)=4

Firstly, Consider a Circle
Now Draw a square. Since All angles are 90. Therefore, diagonal must be passing through the center.(Circle Property)
Here, we can get the side of square as 2 root 2.
Now, Since Triangle is taken out from this square. It will give the maximum area when we divide the square in two halves.
Therefore, area of triangle is 4(Maximum)

As diameter of circle is 4cm.so this will be the diagonal length of square.
now,Area of square = 1/2*(diagonal)^2 =1/2*(4)^2 = 8 cm^2.
since,any square consists of 2 large triangle of equal area.
so Area of square= 2*Area of triangle
so,Area of triangle=4 cm^2.

it must be 4 because the largest traingle possible is as base diameter and height as radius so .5*4*2=4 cmsq

diagonal of square = 4, side of square= s = 4/sqrt(2)
area of largest triangle = 1/2*s*s = 0.5*4*4/2 = 4

Ans=4
Given diameter=4cms
by we considering the diameter as diagonal for a square,we have two trangles,
so now area of triangle=1/2bh=1/2(4*2)=4
here base is diameter of circle or diagonal of square i.e.,4 cms
