because 1 person shakes hand with 9 other people
2nd person shakes hand with 8 people (he cannot shake hand with himself and 1st person has already shaked hand with him so he will not shake hand with first person)similarly it will go on
result 9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1=45

for hand shake 2 people required
so required handshake will be 10c2=45

10C2 = 10*9/2=45
