---------- * C.I
200+r
= 200
-------- * 312
200+8
= 300 r.s

given ,t=2 years,r=8%,c.i=312,
as we know, the formula C.I.=Amount-Principal
then
312=P(1+R/100)^2-P
312=P(1+8/100)^2-P
312=P(108/100)^2-P
312=P(11664/10000)-P
312+P(11664/10000-1)
312=P(1164/10000)
312*10000=1164P
3120000/1164=P
P=1875
S.I.=P*R*T/100
1875*8*2/100
300rs ans
