Area of sector of a circle=(Angle of the sector/360)*pi*r*r
Ratio=1:4
1/4=Theta/360(since theta/360*Area of the circle/Area of circle)
theta=90(theta=360/4)
And thus
the radius of the circle
22/7*r*r=154
r=sqrt(154/(22*7))
r=sqrt(22*7*7/22)
r=7
the perimeter of the sector
2r+(theta/360)*2*pi*r=14+11
=25
