Let X is the quantity of acid then quantity of water will be 3X.
After adding 5 liters more acid the quantity of acid will be X+5
New ratio is given as 1:2
so (X+5)/3X = 1/2
2X+10=3X
X=10
Quantity of new mixture = 10 +5+(10*3)
=15+30=45 Answer.
