1 2 time,2 4 time, 3 6 time, 4 8 time=tot 20 times
1 3 time,2 6 time, 3 9 time, 4 12 time=tot 30 times
now series of times become 10, 20, 30..........
2530 completely divisible by 10 so here one sequence of 1234 is completed.
now atleast next 2 digits have to be 1. therefore ans=1

10(22(23)/2) = 2530=4
