Dear sir,
I humbly request you to arrange a holiday trip outside the country for all the 20 members who have successfully completed the most crucial project of our company. They worked really hard all day and night and finally achieved the target.So they deserve a holiday preferably in Malaysia of 6 days and 5 nights. Ans as far as their flight tickets and accommodation is concerned I suggest you to have a discussion with the mgt department for financial assistance.

Dear Sir,
I wrote this mail to request you for a holiday trip. My team of 20 team members completed project in very well manner and target achieved by this is very huge in amount.
Therefore, we would like to go for a holiday trip to Malaysia. The trip period is of 6 days and 5 nights. We want some financial assistance also for flight fare and accommodation there. Looking forward for your permission.
