i am very thankful to all of you for your great dedication in completion of our vital project.on the occasion of this i have arranged a dinner party at hotel Chevron near forum mall on coming Friday ,as a team building activity as well as break.we will also go for a movie on the same day,which will be decided on the poll result.so register your choice immediately and also send me a confirmation mail.you will be drop home by company's cab after the dinner.

As we will going to do a vital project for our company, it is necessary to know each other so, I planned to take all of you for a movie,answer the poll immediately and confirm your participation and plan will decided based on the poll result. As a part of our Team Building Activity, I have decided to take you all for a dinner at Hotel Chevron. On the very same day we will also go for a movie at the forum mall, which will be decided based on the poll result so answer the poll immediately to confirm your participation.The company cab will drop you at your residence after we are done with movie and dinner .
