out of 30% 30 socks are blue => out of 30 9 socks are blue in color.
probability of selecting two blue socks out of 9 socks is 9C2.

so the required answer is :
(probability of selecting two blue socks out of 9 socks) /(Probability of selecting 2 socks out of 30 socks)

=> (9C2) / (30C2)
=> 36 / 435
=> 12/145

2 socks out of 30 socks can be selected in 30 C 2 ways
2 blue socks out of 9 blue socks can beselected in 9 C 2 ways.
So, the required anser is 9*8/30*29 = 12/145

Therequire answer is 12/145

10% of 30= 3, hence 30% will be 9
probablity of selecting 2 blue socks out of 9 blue socks will be 9C2
and probablity of selecting 2 blue socks out of 30 socks will be 30C2
so overall probablity is 9C2/30C2 = 36/435 = 12/145
