guys in such type of question, the assigning of nos. to the correct letter is done by comparing the given words. for e.g.
RANGE --> 12345
RANDOM--> 123678
also RAN is common in both hence, we can deduce R=1, A=2, N=3.
from RANGE, G can be either 4 or 5 and E can be either 4 or 5.
From RANDOM, DOM --> 678, i.e. M =8, O=7 and D= 6
Now as already said that G can be either 4 or 5, but in choices only first choice fulfills all condition i.e. M=8,A=2,N=3,O=7 hence G=5.
therefore first option is the correct answer

Explanation:
As per the given data, the code for individual letters can be acquired such as R-1,A-2,N-3,G-4,E-5,D-6,O-7,M-8. So with these values substitute for MANGO as M-8,A-2,N-3,G-4,O-7.
