Since the number is odd last digit is 1,3,or 5

When last digit is 1 , remaining 4 digits can be arranged in 4!= 24 ways
Similarly when last digit is 3, number of ways = 24
and last digit 5, number of ways = 24

Total number of 5 digit odd numbers = 24*3 = 72

with repetition=(5*5*5*5*3)= 1875 ways
without repetition= (1*2*3*4*3)= 72 ways

1.without repetition: last digit should be an odd number then only number is odd

4 3 2 1 ways we can arrange total = 4*3*2*1=24 ways
we have odd numbers 3, so total no of ways = 24*3=72 ways
1.with repetition: last digit should be odd number
- - - - 1
5 5 5 5 ways we can arrange total = 5*5*5*5=625 ways
we have odd numbers 3, so total no of ways =625*3=1875 ways
